Presentation of the distribution company and the relationship with TUROMAS

ADETEC is a family business engaged in the distribution and sale of machinery, tools and accessories for the flat glass industry, founded in 2000.

Over these almost 20 years, we have been constantly growing in the glass sector and have managed to represent the best machinery and accessories firms, particularly TUROMAS, which we have worked with and represented in the southern area of Spain for over 10 years.

Today, we have a full alliance with TUROMAS. We are convinced that we our working with the best glass storage and cutting brand and we encourage our customers to understand this and to opt to equip their companies with our solutions.

Over recent years, the main glass cutting and storage projects in Andalusia have been performed through TUROMAS, all thanks to the trust of our customers and the level of quality and technology that we are offering.

What can your company offer to TUROMAS customers?

Trust in us and in TUROMAS. Trust is a key pillar on which a relationship is built. We also offer all the technical advice that customers may need from us. We visit almost all our customers on a weekly basis and we are sometimes accompanied by a technician as we are aware of the importance of direct and smooth communication between the customer and TUROMAS.

We currently have our own warehouse in Linares (Jaén) with permanent stock of the main spare parts and we are able to make deliveries in 24 hours and even, in the event of extreme emergencies, in the same day. We also have a TUROMAS certified technician located in Seville to deal with any possible technical incidents immediately.

What is your opinion of the technical training days?

We are fully aware that having certified technical training is an excellent idea. We think that it is an essential tool which gives us greater ability to serve our customers. This is a significant step forward at the after-sales level, and it gives us flexibility and a much faster reaction time; the quicker the solution to any incident, the greater the customer’s satisfaction.

In addition, the image of a certified technician as if they were a direct factory technician is very important for the end customer’s peace of mind.

This training must be ongoing so that the technicians are increasingly better trained and the service is of higher quality.

What do you achieve with the technical certification? What benefits does the accredited training offer you?

We obtain quality training and the assurance that our technicians are always up-to-date in terms of innovations, improvements and the latest TUROMAS models. It is also very important that the certified technicians have direct contact with the factory technicians.
