founded in Turís, Valencia in 1980 has been giving life to glass for more than 40 years. This long history, combined with experience, technological innovation and the ability to anticipate market demands, has positioned this Valencian company as a national market leader in the design and development of cutting-edge projects.
It currently has a workforce of over 130 and a production area covering 70,000 m2, where all the glass design, transformation and production processes are carried out.

In its commitment to differentiation and quality, CERVIGLAS maintains a policy of constant investment in production technologies. For this reason, in 2019 it began a process of renovation of all its glass cutting lines for both float and laminated glass.

The process culminated last February with the installation of the last of the 4 cutting lines purchased. The new machinery is made up of:
jumbo float glass cutting line. Specially designed to work as part of an automatic cutting line, its linear motor technology guarantees unprecedented performance and quality in any type of cutting.
Semi-automatic LAM 304
laminated glass cutting table. Semi-automatic table for cutting laminated glass of up to 3700 mm and thicknesses of 10+10 mm. It incorporates an ultra-fast quartz lamp, vacuum devices for clamping and stretching the glass from beneath and a blade; thus processing Low-E glass with total safety.

Both lines are designed for companies that require maximum productivity and automation. They allow fully automatic positioning, rotating, stripping, cutting and separation of glass of up to 12 + 12 mm, even with high hardness and stiffness butyral glass.
The effective cutting size of the LAM 505SXR and LAM 506SXR lines is 4700 mm and 6000 mm, respectively.

TUROMAS AND CERVIGLAS
The relationship between CERVIGLAS and TUROMAS has a long history. It began in the 1980s with the purchase of one of the first machines manufactured by Miguel Tomás, founder of TUROMAS. Since then, the trust placed by the group in the TUROMAS brand and team has been complete.

All of the cutting tables installed in the Cerviglas plant during these 40 years of history have been exclusively TUROMAS. In total, around 20 cutting machines have accompanied the Valencian manufacturer through its continuous process of evolution.
Both companies have grown together, hand in hand; becoming technology partners that share experiences and knowledge to tackle the new developments and projects of the future.
