Al-Andalus Glass, a company belonging to Al-Andalus Holding Co., has just gone through the process of renovating and expanding one of its main glass processing facilities in Riyadh. The new boost and the expanded productive capacity, together with the high quality that characterizes its products, has positioned them as one of the reference companies in Saudi Arabia, responding to the demands of the construction market for large projects.
TUROMAS has worked hand-to-hand with Engineer Amir K. Abdullatif, Managing Director of Al-Andalus Glass, designing and developing high efficiency storage, loading and cutting machinery that meets the specific needs of the company. The solution is composed of an intelligent SR-7 storage system, which can store both DLF and Jumbo or Jumbo+ glasses (7 meters). Their loading and cutting system is fully automated on a high-performance RUBI 516C table equipped with the 4-TOOL system, low-E glass edge deleting system and labelling machine, all integrated with the ERP for production optimization and management using software compatible with Industry 4.0.
The final result in Al- Andalus Glass installation meets the requirements of the most demanding glass processors in the world, completely automatic storage, loading and cutting system to achive the best quality in each operation.
