CUTTING TV
Cutting TV, a TUROMAS application that allows automatic visualisation of optimisations. At a glance, the operator has all the necessary information for the cutting process, as once the cutting table has evacuated the piece, the display changes automatically without the need to press any button or pedal.
It is a plug&play product that incorporates all the necessary elements to be installed by the customer. The screen, in front of the operator at the table, shows the parts, remnants and the different processes to be applied in each of the optimisations. This system automates the process and avoids unnecessary paper printouts.
The user interface allows the user to customise the fields to be displayed as well as different parameters such as the minimum remnant that can be used and the weight limit to identify heavy parts.
