Standard Features
Bending loading system
The system consists of tilting arms with a special arch system for loading the glass.
Its high production capacity makes it ideal not only for loading prior to cutting, but also for loading and unloading in laminating, tempering and other serialised processes.
More efficiency and safety.
A pneumatic piston drives the suction cup shaft automatically, allowing the glass sheet to be gently bent from top to bottom. This action ensures that a second sheet is not dragged along, as well as increasing the separation speed and reducing the loading time. Each suction cup is equipped with a vacuum control system, which means that if the suction cup is not in contact with the glass, no suction will be generated. This allows a wider range of glass sizes to be loaded automatically without having to manually adjust the vacuum control keys, eliminating manual interaction and ensuring that the vacuum power is always regulated on each arm.
Structural design
The machines have been designed to optimise storage space, but always with the premise of obtaining a superior level of robustness that ensures reliability and smooth operation over the years, minimising the vibrations that occur during movement to preserve the quality of the glass.
Each of the elements in contact with the floor of the installation, rails or trestles, have height-adjustable legs, allowing each of them to be levelled from the start and throughout their useful life.
Integration with other charging systems
Companies change over time, grow and evolve. The LRs have been designed modularly so that the machine can continue to grow as the company’s needs grow by gradually increasing the number of racks and the storage area or even by combining with SR Rack Shuttle loaders.
Security systems
Safety in automatic storage and loading systems is based on ensuring the absence of any person within the operating radius of the machines during operation. To guarantee this premise, a perimeter fence equipped with safety locks isolates the enclosure from the machine’s area of action. In the event that an operator enters the enclosure while the machine is in operation, the safety locks at the entrances detect the action and bring the machine to an immediate and controlled stop. As soon as the enclosure is safe again, the operator can reset the machine to continue the sequence from the point where it was interrupted.
Electrical system
The electrical system is composed of state-of-the-art devices, implementing only cutting-edge digital technology in order to offer maximum speed, precision, quality and reliability. The wiring systems, as well as the electrical cabinets, are designed and tested following the most demanding methodology in order to provide our customers with the most suitable machines for the harsh working conditions that will be demanded of them on a daily basis. All machine systems are optimised to work together, without any kind of interference, with a common goal: to produce.
Software
The storage systems, whose control system has been developed under a state-of-the-art programming language, can be linked and communicate with the main commercial optimisers. The HMI has been realised with operating system-independent technology, which guarantees the implementation under any system on the market. It offers various advantages in different areas of operation.
