The application collects the production planning information generated by the optimisation software and, depending on the parameterisation assigned by the production manager, automatically organises and coordinates the instructions to be executed by the plant’s storage and cutting machines and controls their execution.
The production manager defines the loading priority criteria so that the system selects the plates to be used in each case according to the following parameters: age of the material, emptying of trestles, prioritisation of trestles with different types of material and avoidance of stoppages during the execution of an optimisation to remove glass container dividers.
