TUROMAS launches a new technical service in Mexico to provide specialised support for customers in North and Central America.

At TUROMAS, innovation and service excellence are fundamental pillars of our commitment to customers and partners.

With the aim of offering closer, faster and more specialised support, we are launching the new technical service at our Mexico branch, aimed at North America and Central America. The launch of this service is intended to provide specialised technical support with direct assistance from within the region.

The after-sales service will be available to TUROMAS customers in North and Central America who require technical assistance in the following countries: Mexico, the United States, Canada, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and the Dominican Republic.

The service will be provided by a team of three specialist technicians, factory-certified by TUROMAS and with more than ten years of experience in the sector. From the Mexico branch, technical assistance will be provided for the company’s installations and equipment in these markets.

The TUROMAS México technical support service will be available during the following hours (GMT -6)

Service hours:

  • Monday to Friday: from 09:00 to 00:00
  • Saturdays: from 09:00 to 15:00
