TUROMAS and Distecglass will be presenting their latest innovations in glass processing and application at VETECO 2026.

The group will bring together its latest developments in machinery, automation and software under one roof, alongside solutions for double glazing, façades and windows.

TUROMAS and Distecglass will be exhibiting jointly at VETECO 2026, which will take place from 10 to 13 November at IFEMA Madrid. From stand 10E16 in Hall 10, both companies will showcase a complementary range that combines technology for flat glass processing with the products and components required for its manufacture and installation.

Having shared a stand at the 2024 event, they are returning to VETECO with new developments and an expanded range. Their joint participation will enable visitors to discover the group’s latest innovations and consult with their technical and sales teams regarding the specific requirements of each project.

TUROMAS: automation and connected processes

TUROMAS’s offering will focus on the integration of glass storage, loading, cutting and removal, with solutions designed to improve production capacity and ensure the continuity of the workflow.

Coordination between the different stages helps to reduce waiting times, minimise handling and adapt the glass feed to the production rate. This approach addresses a common need in processing plants: ensuring that the entire facility operates in a coordinated manner.

Within this proposal, the new-generation LAM 600 will play a key role. The series incorporates a patented system that integrates the heating lamp directly into the cutting and separation unit. This configuration enables heating, cutting and separation to be carried out in a single operation, reducing the cutting cycle by up to 10 seconds compared with conventional solutions.

The automation of operations and the various configuration options make it possible to tailor laminated glass cutting solutions to the volumes, formats and requirements of each plant.

In-house software development rounds off this offering. Visualisation tools enable users to check the status of optimisations, view the pieces in real time and identify the current operation and the next steps in the process. Machinery, software and data are thus integrated to facilitate production monitoring.

Distecglass expands its range of solutions for insulating glass

Distecglass will present an expanded range of products for the manufacture of insulating glass units, with solutions covering the various stages of the process.

Spacer profiles and their accessories will feature in this range, alongside molecular sieves, first-barrier materials and an expanded range of second-barrier sealants, including polysulphide and two-component polyurethane solutions.

The range is rounded off with consumables and auxiliary products for the manufacture of double glazing. During the trade fair, the Distecglass team will advise visitors on the available options and how these can be tailored to the needs of each manufacturer.

Sika will be present at the Distecglass exhibition stand, reinforcing the collaboration between the two companies and offering visitors the opportunity to learn about their solutions and seek answers to technical queries.

Through this joint participation, TUROMAS and Distecglass are reinforcing a collaborative offering that combines technological development, specialist supply and consultancy. VETECO will be the ideal venue to discover these new developments, discuss production and installation challenges, and explore solutions tailored to each company’s needs.
